Replacement message from mod-deleted posts

Basically, it would be nice if there was a way to:

Select multiple discord messages for deletion in one go
Assign a reason (drop down or short answer /shrug) to the deleted message(s)
Stop a user from messaging for a specific time in response

So it could look like,

[j4ke]: All gerbils are yoshi

(mod deletes post, selects reason, message is replaced with below)

[Admin]: This message was deleted by a moderator with the following reason:
Harassment of gerbils. The user j4ke is timed out for 600 seconds.

Where the mods have the option for (show original message) in the bottom right of the deletion message.
