A way to check ticket status for disabled accounts.
My account was disabled after a scammer did about 10 Gifted Nitro purchases in the span of 10-20 minutes after access my account, I got my account back but Paypal disputed the charges causing a chargeback.
Discord doesn't have a system for knowing how long you have to dispute your account being disabled, nor tell you the status of your ticket.
My tickets about my account being stolen were responded to but when I informed them it was disabled due to the multiple charge backs I was not given any information on what I needed to do.
I had to search online to figure out what to do:
Step 1: Cancel/release all disputes & charge backs issued by Paypal as well as my Bank.
Step 2: Submit a Request under "Appeal an action Trust and Safety took on my account"
Step 3: Wait.
So at Step 3, I have no idea if it's even possible to appeal. The E-mail I got states I can (but many things you get banned for, you cannot realistically appeal) appeal this so I have. Discord said to withdraw the disputes, which I did but hasn't reached out to me for a status update, in the E-mail they sent me they also did not tell me I had 14 days to fix this before my account would be completely deleted (I only know this because of other posts by other users).
Paypal & my Banks response was done in an effort to protect me, they had no idea it'd get me 100% banned so it's fustrating to have this happen. Discord at the bare minimum could offer a grace period before complete lockout or restrict the account until the dispute is completed, I cannot check the status of my ticket in any way, I have not gotten any E-mails in response.

I will also mention, you have to file the ticket under an E-mail (Discord Account) that is tied to the banned account. However their response is much slower & you can't see if anyone is assigned to your ticket because you have no way to view the status of a disabled account's tickets.
I have only 14 days, the last thing I need after being forced out my account & spending hours trying to get it back is to have it permanently disabled.
Discord responded to my requests about being locked out by saying they can't help me but when I finally get back in & they disabled it due to payments they tell me I need a whole new ticket.
I make that new ticket & no response for days. I have to give up any chance for my bank or paypal to refund me my money for the *chance* at getting my account with no way of knowing what I can do besides sending proof that all disputes & chargebacks have been cancelled.

I agree there needs to be more clarity on status, if you can't sign in & they give you a limited time to dispute they need to at bare minimum have an automated system able to give you updates on where you are in line or the status of the account prior to deletion.

Same problem here. From what I read, they go as far as to blacklist banned people to prevent them from opening tickets to support once an account is disabled.

Same issue but someone got my token somehow and they did mass dm spam so I appealed to discord but didn't got a reply exept the bot one.

Discord don't have proper management, who to bann, there timer doesn't work properly. now they have set me to limited access. lol just sending hi. such a stupid application and team

I get status updates on my ticket via email. My account got hacked. It took them weeks but they did eventually email me and give me a status update. My situation involved money, however. Not sure if that helped grease the wheels or not, but I will tell you this much - they sure reply quick when you dispute the charges through your credit card and report hacked charges as fraud. Discord suspended my account for it. I responded to this by reporting them to the BBB. Finally they replied back and got a status update. How they maintain an A+ rating when they treat clients like this is a mystery to me.
