I would like to request to add server management function.

In some cases,

users who have already been blocked can enter the server in advance with a different account, and if blocked, they can work with the previously signed up account.
I need the ability to block previously signed up accounts.

To prevent this, without mobile phone authentication, it should be possible to set it up so that the server cannot enter.

Discord must block all users with the same IP.

  A Discord ban is already a IP ban by default, but a banned user can join in your server from a different account and IP, that is called ban evading and it's against ToS Discord.

  Discord bans are already done over IP. Report users to the discord security team.
