Discord support hasn't replied in over 3 weeks

My main account was hacked almost a month ago and Discord support replied once within the last month and hasn't replied to me in over 3 weeks. They said they were escalating the situation to a team member and asked if I had any questions, which I did of course; however, I have received no replies from support at all since then. They didn't even check back on me like they said to answer my questions. I messaged the Twitter and Facebook Discord accounts and neither one has even read my messages. The hacker in possession of my account is still in control of it after all this time. My friends told me they saw the account leaving some servers and chats within the last 5 days. I just... don't understand why Discord is doing this. I've had a hard year of people just disappearing on me and it doesn't feel great that Discord Customer Support is doing the same thing to me. Like they won't even talk to me to verify that I am the real me? What's the point of telling me to email them with the original email, when I was doing that the whole time?

I literally was hacked and lost my account YESTERDAY! Pw changed/email changed! I still have the proof of notification in my email account right BEFORE my own email became invalid. I had to change my payment information, and watch this jerk transfer ownership over MY DISCORD SERVER and give it to a friends account that he hacked before me. Discord dev's, you should really be ashamed of yourselves for the lack of care and courtesy you're showing your supporters and customers. This is unforgiveable. I still have gotten NO REPLY and NO HELP to get my account back. All the money I've spent on you, for nitro and server boosts. And this is what I deserve?

Discord has a really bad account security even with 2FA. My account just got hacked few hours ago and I already send a ticket while trying to get Discord attention in Twitter to help. My account password, email, and even phone number for God sake has been changed that easily and there is NO confirmation code or like that when doing it, it just happens which sucks for a big tech company like Discord. You would expect a confirmation before doing anything to your account but no, its that easy to change your information apparently. Discord should implement a better security system, shame on you Discord.
