Trust and Safety response time
A friend had her account mysterious banned for no reason. After numerous requests to the Trust and Safety team, her account was auto-purged a month after the banning. NO RESPONSE was every given - she doesn't even know what she did wrong.
This is absurd, and makes me highly concerned about using discord as a center for my online community. I have no idea if this was some weird personal grudge, or if the T and S team is woefully understaffed. The lack of feedback makes this whole thing highly suspect.
What if my account gets incorrectly flagged? Should I expect a similar response? Y'all can understand why I'm nervously looking around, hoping your site gets competition at this point, right?

Two years later and that is still very much the issue. I'm nervously looking around for somewhere else to center my communities because it's happened to me twice now and I cannot get a single human response.
