Account was Hacked, still nothing from support

On 7/23/2021 my account was hacked. At first they just changed the password, but after I kept changing it back (at the time I thought it was just discord being buggy), they eventually changed the email attached to the account as well. Pretty much within the hour after that, I sent in an email to discord support explaining the situation and requesting they return my account to my email.

I've purchased nitro with the Paypal account attached to that same email. I have clear, obvious proof that this is my email, and to top it off it should be obvious to them that the last login and email change request came from an ip that isn't in the same country I'm in now. So far I only had 1 response to my request, on the 24th, asking for information I already sent them in my original email--which makes it clear they never even read it in the first place.

I've sense resent that information, as well as asked for an update when I can expect to get my account returned to me, 3 more times now. Still no response. Can someone from discord actually read and respond to me? Why is there no phone number to call?
