Separate Category For Thread Related Permissions

The current positioning of the 3 new thread permissions is super inconvenient as it just makes it harder to quickly do permissions and is not easy to get used to. If there was a seperate category for thread related permissions, we could also have the "Manage Threads" be next to the other 2 thread permissions since they are separated currently. This makes it easy for when people don't want threads since they can just put the 3 X's without having to think about it and also just takes it aside from the more commonly used permissions that we all (probably) know and love and are used to. Overall, if we had a separate permission category for threads, just like we do for voice channels, it would make all of our lives easier.
