Custom Role Presets

Can we have roles that have custom preset options similar to if you make a new role it has certain preset rules selected for the role? Such as if we wanted to make duplicate roles like levels with different selected options, all we need to do is create a new role, there will be a preset drop down box that lists all presets/custom presets, you click/tap and the role is done. Sorry if this doesn't make sense 😅
