2FA on Discord

Discord 2FA uses Codes instead of a Phone Number directly. I've seen a few users lose access to their account because of this. So, I suggest to make the 2FA use Phone Number directly and Codes as a layer of protection after Phone Number. Most services (like Google) need Phone Number for 2FA, where the send a OTP to the Phone Number linked to the account to log in after entering the Password. Discord should do it too. First, we would need to ester a Phone Number and Verify it. Then, tap on 'Enable 2FA' then it would send a OTP to our gives Phone Number. Then, 2FA would be enabled. Whenever we try to Log In into that acconut after that, it should first ask us for tde Password, then it should send a OTP to teh Phone Number linked to the Account for 2FA then it should Log us in.

This way, our Account would be more secure and reduce the chances of losing our account.
