    Here's some of my thoughts to your post, though. If it says your phone number has recently been used on a different account, your account has most likely ran into some external activity, such as someone logging into your account that you didn't approve, in other words, someone has robbed your account from you, at least, this is what I think from the one sentence you gave.

    A tip from me is to set 2FA not via phone number, for example, install the google authenticator on your phone, not the phone number one. The google authenticator is not able to be removed without a backup code or the code it gives you that will reset every couple seconds, making it hard for others to log into your account, and also ensuring your account's safety.

     

    Important note: If someone is using your phone number recently on a different account, removed it from your old account (and note you need the password and phone number to log in), and your current email used for the account, I suggest tracing your footsteps to see if you had shown your password to anyone that knows your phone number and email. It is highly unlikely for you to do normal things on Discord and someone steal your account.

    I am no Discord moderator, but I think it's best to either A) Recover your account before its too late, or B) make a new account, this time with google authenticator.

    AND I KNOW that you need to link your phone number back, you can always request your account deleted as long as you can verify to Discord it's your account that you own. They can for sure unlink your phone number with enough information given.
