Phone Number / Verify Account (Please help)

Hello everyone,
 
To keep my story as short as possible is that yesterday I was getting helped in a video call on a Discord server by a few people with building my (first) GamePC. My phone died and cause it's a pretty terrible phone it takes a long time to get it charged up. As I have a deadline I used the Discord of my girlfriend but she did not set up 2FA / Phone Number (now she does..) so I used my own Phone Number instead. I
 
t worked and we continued building my PC but now I wanted to log in on my main account and now I get this message (picture below). I tried everything but nothing seemed to work. Am I being some sort of 'rate limited' or something where I have to wait X amount of hours/days? Did I completely lost my account?
 
I have sent Discord Support an e-mail and I hope this situation gets solved as quickly as possible.

I do receive SMS and I also receive the AUTH-Code, yet I can't login. Phone number recently used on a different device....
 
The thing is, I'm a Community-Manager and moderator for multiple game companies and I NEED to use Discord daily which makes this situation even worse.
 
I hope someone knows a solution to this.

    Buddy u just gotta wait.. I had the same problem a few months ago. It took maybe 36 hours but log out from the another accounts and keep trying to log in from your main account. There's no other way
