Got Hacked On Discord By a Python File!

So, My friend sent me a  python file called "Art.py" And I first scanned it with antivirus before running it and it did found some and he forced me to use it! So I did, Suddenly minutes later discord changed to light theme servers was getting deleted, He got my IP while i was talking with him, He even got my location because he got my IP, Also he revealed my phone number and email! I lost my nitro also i dont know how to transfer it to my new account! The servers r not important! Please help! :(

( Btw the account I posted on isnt the one that got hacked, THe one i got hacked is "XA142#6645"
