No replies to my tickets or twitter messages

Account blocked on a launch day of a game for 'too many DMs in short time period' thanks to a huge natural influx to my server and me trying to talk to them in private to get into clan.

5 days already i have no reply from support neither for my tickets through the 'submit a request' form or through Twitter messages. These are not ever being read.

Where else can i reach Discord support?
