"Phone verification"

I am having this problem and i know other have too. its giving me the phone number verification. ah yes, we love it. considering i dont own a apple phone, and my messages app doesnt get messages from others. this problem genuinely needs to be fixed. now im logged out of my account until discord support does something about it. 

 

P.S any suggestions or advice? who got this to go away??

    I also got the problem it still is not fixing tell the discord support your problem maybe it will work

    I do not own a 'smart phone' and as a result of my ISP switching around my apparent location, I've been locked out since last April. Support gave me the same advice -- post to Feedback, hope for upvotes. So I did. Several times. I even garnered 20 upvotes so far on on this post from 3 months ago: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/1500001115022-Six-Weeks-Later-Still-Can-t-Log-in-need-upvotes . That was mostly thanks to people in the fan fiction print project servers wondering where I went. Apparently 20 upvotes is not impressive enough, nor all the people getting locked out by the same combination of factors. Oh well. Read a book? Go for a walk? Try stamp collecting? Buy a rocking chair, sit on the porch and watch the cars go by.
