My Facebook account isn't linked properly on my profile

My Facebook account has been now connected to my account..

..now the problem is when someone visit to my Facebook account, it show this..

..instead of https://facebook.com/arturo.rabino.3 , the unknown link is applied to my profile on Discord.

  I have the same issue, and for the search I've made, it seems that the problem is going on for over 4 years.
