I think you should be able to use your phone number that was on an account that was disabled.

I know that this wouldn't benefit more than 60% of the people, but for those people whose accounts got rightfully or unrightfully disabled, I feel like you should be able to use your phone number that was on the disabled account on your new one, like come on the account is gone so why is the number still stored there? It honestly is a steal that you have to buy a new phone just so you can chat on a few servers that require phone verification.
