Remove @Pings and set spoiler Tags on other Persons messages as a Moderator

The Title says all.

As a moderator on multiple servers i had situations where people unnecessarily pinged everyone. They were Part of a role who have the permission to use @everyone because they need that and just "overused" it a little. I know you can delete those messages entirely or tell/ask the persons to edit their message. In those cases i wished i could just remove the ping without deleting the message and not discuss with them why they should remove the Ping.

Same goes with spoiler tags. Sometimes people post a new trailer or something to a new show/movie and forget the spoiler tag. In most cases they don't actively try to spoil people, but just forgot. If i could just go ahead and set the spoiler tag myself as a moderator, it would be much easier than deleting the message or trying to contact the person and wait for his response. 

I know that those would be minor and really situational improvements, but i would still love if i would see them at some point :)
