Feedback on Discord Support
Let's start by saying that my bank(s) acted on my case quicker than discord ever will.
Towards the end of July 2021 I was hacked, I lost my discord account and I made a support case the same hour it all happened. At first I was hoping for prompt answers from discord support and that was in fact the case, would take 24hrs just for them to reply back unless it was (Clyde) the bot with its automated response.
However, to this day (9th August today) I have NOT received any response from a case that's more than 2 weeks old. It's as if they don't care about my situation, they have basically neglected the fact that one of their many users have just ended up losing their account and them (discord support) being the only ones to help they chose not to after about 3 days of long waiting for responses.
I make a new ticket and someone by the name John Edward marks it as solved WITHOUT even responding to the ticket or merging it. They explicitly want me to send responses via e-mail for "privacy" reasons. Here's the thing, I HAVE been updating my ticket via e-mail, perhaps I'm not formatting the e-mails correctly OR discord support clearly just don't care altogether about my ticket. I'm just making this post to make people here aware that discord support is absolutely disgusting and if you lose your account then so be it, after a few weeks of no response you'll just have to accept the fact that you've been compromised and hacked resulting in a loss of account.
