Allow role to DM user permission option

Give server owners the option to change whether a role can DM users. This will allow servers that have custom verification checks to stop bot scams that get targeted across big servers. The situation is out of control, and having to come up with solutions as a user is ridiculous for discords own stupidity. Alternatively, disallow members to index other members before having the necessary checks done. 2 fine solutions to fix a problem that is so easy to fix and causes so many issues to so many people putting money and feeding criminals. Or, add an option upon joining a server user sided that lets you choose whether you want to recieve DMs from members who don't have above X permission level. The server is 269912749327253504 and it has every check that you could ask for, yet we still face issues every night. Fix your app

    By default all users can message other users, no roles or servers needed.

    Message cannot be blocked by role, only by individual user blocking.

    Also , feature already exists: in server name dropdown, Privacy Settings

    Bro please reread. I want it as a server wide option, not as a hidden option that every user has to manually turn on, especially considering these bots come in waves of 50 every day, with usually about 3 waves. Have is as a tick/cross option on the server settings that only allows certain roles to msg users, so big servers can stop everyone messaging people without having any checks done. What an awful response.
