Hack PROBLEM

I had a hack in my discord account , or something , out of nowhere my account was sending to all my contacts an ad about free discord nitro , but it wasnt me , a friend told me and I inmediatly changed my password , did anyone had the same problem?? 

Does anyone know how to solve it?

  I have the exact same problem when it send to all people on my pc i got banned from my main discord server for sending gta money links im so confused
