Hacked account, discord support not helping at all! Need help badly!

About 20 days ago my discord account got hacked. I was very dumb and downloaded something and ran it. The hacker disabled my 2FA and changed my account's email so I couldn't change my password and reset my token.

I immediately contacted discord support, surprisingly I got a human response after a few hours! I explained the situation, the support guy asked me a few questions regarding my account, the hack, the hacker and asked for some information to prove that the account hacked is really mine.

I provided all the information he asked for and then he said:

Thank you so much for the information! I just wanted to let you know that I'll be escalating this ticket to a team member to look into further. I apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime and will keep you updated here as soon as I hear back.

Let me know if you have any other questions at any time!

After that, a few days have passed and I haven't gotten anything. I asked 3 times if I could get an update on the situation over the course of 12 days but nope, nothing.

So then a few more days passed and I decided to open a new support ticket regarding the old one to ask what's going on. 4 days passed and the only thing I got was the automated reply from the bot.

2 Days ago I contacted discord on Twitter in hopes of helping me out but as you expected, nothing!

I also tried posting a post on the discordapp subreddit but it got declined for violating rule 6 which is that you can't ask for support there.

This post on support.discord.com is my last hope in retrieving my account back. I REALLY want and need my account back, I have so many good friends there that I don't want to lose, a large discord server that I'm the owner of, and more stuff that is important to me.

If anyone can help me out PLEASE do! These past few days have been so stressful to me, you can't even imagine!
