Bot Screening by Default for Community Servers.

We run a community server, unfortunately even with added bots to fight spammers, there is always something passing through the holes.

I think Discord needs to step in and take this seriously. For the safety of community members, this is critical.

Example is below:

All Community servers should come with 

- Bot protection, captcha protection by default.
- Auto screening for new users.Rule verification.
- Advance user management, like warning users who are not respecting rules, before banning or kicking them out. Auto word watcher (Bad words, swear words, customizable by admins)

An advanced feature as a boosted server that would really be helpful is auto role-assignments so users can select who they are when they enter into our server.
