Requirements for Joining servers

Discord has added the feature of how much time someone has to be on discord in order to join a server. They can also add the ability of seeing someone's ban records through their ip on discord. Also, you should be able to see the reasons why they were banned. This will allow moderators to view people's history in discord servers and determine whether to allow a person in a server or not. This can be implemented through bots like Dyno or, be implemented by having people sit in a waiting room (Like when someone is viewing a server) and typing in a chat to show their profile. Moderators will be able to hover over someone's pfp and see their record or, put a person's Discord IP in a certain place that will show their record. Again, this can be added through a bot or server settings.
