Does having your phone number and email verified to Discord account help when it gets disabled?

A friend of mine recently had their Discord account disabled over things that did not happen. We went over the list and she confirmed that none of it was true. So, she sent an appeal and now they're waiting for a response. 

However, my friend signed up with an email and instantly verified her account. Then, when joining one of the servers they were in, she had to verify her phone number. She wanted me to ask if having both of these things connected could help increase her chances of getting her account back? They asked this because one of the reasons the account got disabled was because of supposed fraudulent activity and was hoping that with these two things connected, they would be able to prove that she wasn't attempting anything sketchy.

Also, I am only talking about one person here. My friend just goes by she/they, in case anyone got confused or anything since I kept switching back and forth. It happens sometimes lol.
