Ban without reason, don't listen when appeal, NO evidences for Ban

We build channels, we made this app great. I think we deserved some fairness here. You need enough employees to take care you members, in another case you Ban members without any reason. Trust and safety appeal not working, they have only copy/paste answers, there is no chance to prove anything. My account banned, I have all evidences why I got reported - screenshots, but support doesn't wants to listen. That's what you became Discord - for you Ban me it's statistics, for me it was lost my 10 month non stop work
