Membership Screening Rules

My server technically only has one rule, DBAA. As such, I thought it would be a good idea to just drop the Discord Community Guidelines in our rules channel and the membership screening rules list. Unfortunately there's so few entries allowed that even Discord's own Community Guidelines can't be listed in the membership screening rules list, and there's only 18 of them. I think a limit of even 20 would be more reasonable than 16, although the actual increase would obviously be up to the discretion of the platform engineers.
