Hacked account and no response from ticket team
This is the message I have sent into ticket requests and I have not heard back from anyone. I have also had someone look at it and respond but never help past that. What can I do in this situation I don't wanna lose my account or have it be deleted.
Hi there, is there anyway that you can let me know how long this could possibly take? I am mostly concerned with losing my account due to inactivity. From what i understand after two weeks my account will automatically be deleted by the server and i really don't want that to happen since i have had this account for like six years now.
Basically i clicked a link that enabled the hacker to get my token and they hijacked my account to purchase nitro. I really just want to get my account enabled again, i have reset my passwords on my email and scanned my pc and all looks good.
Please help and let me know so i don't loose my account due to inactivity.

I have a similar issue where I lost my account 3 weeks ago (August 22) and I have not received any responses since August 24. I keep sending a reply every week now in hope to get some kind of solution, but I'm starting to loose hope. I had this account for almost six years too (in november) and it pain me to have this idea where I will have to resolve myself to start from scratch my all my servers...

@Lilithwrath , yes mine was deleted around a month and half after getting hacked.
