My husband's discord account was disabled because of a chargeback (Amazon card)

My husband and I are both pretty young, and his discord nitro sub was linked to his mom's amazon card still by accident. She didn't know what the discord payments were when she looked through her statements, so she charged back the payment and his account was disabled shortly after.

He contacted support and while I didn't read their reply myself, they said they couldn't reenable his account unless the chargeback was reversed. His mother seems to be unable to reverse the chargeback. (We will be reimbursing her for the discord nitro payments)

A lot of memories are on there, including message history from friends who have since passed, our first messages as a couple, and the "early supporter" badge.

Any advice?
