Discord not responding for 3 weeks

So for some reason I got the message saying Something Is going on here. To verify that I am not a robot I had to give my phone number. For some reason it doesn't work, I don't know why but that is not what I am asking for, for I have tried EVERYTHING. It's a Belgian phone number that hasn't been used on Discord for at least 2 years. So I contact Discord. Under the category of account. I get an email with related topics, to actually send the email to support I need to reply to this email. So I do that because I have already tried everything. No response after a week. I do it again the week after, no response. 3 days ago I try again but under a different category in which I don't first get the, related topics, email. No response yet again. 16583987 is my ticket. Please help me.
