Make it possible to display a Discord hub on your profile!

Discord hubs rolled out last night for universities in the UK and my communities have already seen an increase in numbers, mostly from freshers discovering the Loughborough Discord community for the first time, and partly from current students finding interest groups they didn't see before.

One thing a lot of university servers have is a system to verify that a certain user is a member of a certain university. Currently, the most popular automated option is Koala, which does exactly what Discord does to verify you go to a certain university. You enter your university email address, you receive an email with a code, and you enter it back in the app.

It would be far easier to have people choose to display their University hub on their profile and have mods either manually verify it or use a bot that pulls the featured hub from an API.

I imagine people might also find other uses, or just use it for decoration on their profile, as hubs roll out more and more.
