Hacked account and poor support
So I got my account hacked, full package, Email Changed, Password changed and all that, my phone number is still connected but of course, Discord sends the PW reset link to the email and not the phone number you request it with. I messaged Discord on twitter and put in an email support ticket.
I even managed to get into contact with the hacker by using a new account, they demand $100 bitcoin and I got like 2 hours to pay that. Which is great, because I asked discord like 7 hours ago with no reply.
Why doesn't Discord have a Phone hotline or live support, they could even outsource it and it would be better than the current system

Wait a little bit for Discord to respond, you got token logged most likely. Please remember that Discord is not responsible for keeping your account safe. Make sure you do NOT ever save your passwords in your browser (use a password manager like RoboForm) and turn on 2FA, this will prevent in the future from anyone taking your account. Discord will at some point disable the account, and then re-enable it after they sorted the issue out. Hope you get this fixed. Saving your passwords in your browser is EXTREMELY UNSAFE and I'd suggest changing any passwords saved in your browser asap and running malwarebytes.

What would be the usual wait time? Cause they are continuously doing damage to my other servers and kicking people out :(

Same bro, my account got hacked 3 weeks ago any my ticket only got one response which said they moved my ticket to someone else and after that no response...
