[feature request] descriptions for roles in discord servers, option to hide roles

what the title says.

as someone who uses discord in a professional capacity, this would help clarify the purpose of each role while minimizing the time needed to communicate about it.

also, an option to hide roles (and role descriptions) in the case of NDA projects would be great
