I've thought of an idea for maybe an @Urgent message where it would be similar to @everyone

Basically the @Urgent role acts as a mass ping like @everyone but it can only be used 1 time per year or 6 months for only the most urgent messages like an update to the entire server or a life event in a community server that would cause lots of changes for all of the server members. I think it could be a really valuable idea
