Transfer of Account Badges on a case-by-case basis

I understand this type of suggestion has been made in the past, but, with the introduction of badges that are becoming more and more accessible to normal users and badges that are no longer available, I feel a system for transferring account badges is necessary. For deactivated accounts, there is no way to reobtain badges such as "Early Supporter" and "Early Bot Developer." With the Moderator academy system, evolving server booster badges, and things like Nitro subscription start dates, some people are now otherwise unable to rep their status when they change accounts.

Personally, I've switched accounts out of necessity. My email account was compromised, and my Discord was stolen with a 2fa activation, leading me to necessitate deactivating the account. Discord has told me there is no current system for transferring badges, and I believe this needs to be changed.
