Discord Account Disabled and Left With a Clyde Auto-Response
My Discord account was disabled almost 30 days ago for joining servers with malicious intent or abuse to the system. I appealed this because my account was compromised, and I had evidence of it. Just before my account was disabled for this, I had gone to Discord Support asking to help me put my phone number on my account for 2FA, as someone had compromised all my social media accounts, including my Discord token (Ticket: 15138958). After that, my account was disabled for what the attacker did. I just want to speak to an actual member of the Support team about this, instead of Clyde's response saying it was "reviewed and confirmed," when it definitely wasn't. Even when I tried to ask about something unrelated like my Data Package, or Nitro Refunds, I got the same auto-response from Clyde saying "Your account violated the TOS. We will not reinstate your account." Again, it would mean so much to me if an actual person could speak to me about this, and hopefully re-enable my account. I've been a long-time supporter on this platform and don't want to lose my account permanently for something out of my control or knowledge. I would also make sure to be more careful so that my account doesn't get compromised or hacked in the future.
