Allow viewing/follow server announcement channels even when the (community) server is full

All I want to do is being able to catch up with the announcements and latest news from a server without joining. The problem is to be able to view or "follow" these announcement channels, you need to join said server, which is impossible when these servers are already full or you're capped by number of servers joined.

Users limited by number of servers joined (100 servers cap/200 nitro) should also be able to view the server's announcement/news contents but not join the server.

Optionally, only when the user joins, other channels that aren't announcement channels would become visible.
