Server emojis for server owners

Allow server owners to use all their servers emojis ONLY in the server for ease of testing and introducing them and also just for fun. How it will work is. You are a server owner, you add an emoji to the server an animated one, you want to see how it looks in text but you don't have nitro. So if you are a server owner allow you to use all your server's emojis even animated ones ONLY in your server
