Discord "Something's Going on"

So today i was just chilling in discord and this happend and i put my Number and it accepted it but then when i verified it i put the code and it didnt accept it

    Same thing happened to me, but after I put in the number and got the code my account got flagged for botting? So now my account is disabled and I have no way to talk to any of the people I was talking to, much less the school stuff I was running.
