New hack?

While just sitting there on discord, the screen for "authenticate your account with a phone number popped up". Having used my phone number for an old account, I ended up scrambling for about 15 min to find a new phone number, eventually found one and put it in. I put in the code and within a second of doing so, my account got disabled. I just want to talk to my friends, discord please help.

    Not to mention, I do my job as a TA for my college on discord, so I'm more than a little screwed right now.

    Btw the account name was Em#2124 if any discord support people actually check the forums.

    Ngl, kinda freaking out right now. Cause the only way that I can figure this happening is if the account got hacked and used for bot stuff, then discord flagged my IP as associated with bots? I honestly have no idea and this is very stressful.

    I'm pretty sure this isn't meant for support, I'm going to be honest right now discord staff have not even interacted with this section of their website in over a year. Most likely a discord admin will NEVER see this, and even attempting to email them is a joke. They don't respond to emails they will say they are "escalating" it to another staff member but really they will just ghost you.

    I'm sorry this is happening to you but there's really nothing you can do, until discord actually starts responding to emails everyone is pretty much screwed..
