Account disabled - Violation of TOS and Community Guidelines.

Hello. My life is ending because of discord. I have done nothing wrong with my account, since they sent me an email saying that I was involved in hacking, fraud and credit card cracking. I have reached to discord about 10 times, but none of the answers were helpful. And all stated that my account will not be reinstated, and would not send me proof that I was violating the TOS. First of all I have never and would have never hacked an account also I am too stupid to even do it. Second I can't fraud because I have never sold anything. Third I have never stolen an account or credit card and never will. Fourth I never attempted to damage a network or machine. So, would you rather save an innocent boy by giving him his account? OR, making his entire family devastated because of an app that wouldn't give him his account that meant the world to him, which lead to suicide? And, I request proof as to what lead to this disable.

    I'm sorry this has happened to you,

    perhaps you were involved in something you shouldn't be involved in and there was some sort of mix up?
    Since you may be young, you possibly could have fallen for a false link or something..

    1. I don't understand how getting disabled on discord could lead to suicide, or self harm if so please go see someone that can help you.

    2. This isn't the proper place to be asking for support, I'm sorry to say it but you won't get ANY sort of help here.

    3. I also am wondering how this would make your entire family devastated, did everyone in your family share a discord account?

    I was in a server which sold accounts like minecraft, spotify, yt premium etc, for probot credits. i was a moderator there, but i never sold anything. Didnt even look, send messages there for a long time. my friend which was the owner got banned at the exact same time as me. We later found out that someone was telling us that if we dont reply to his ticket, he'll ban us, and then kill us. That was when we were in the middle of school.

    1. This account had many servers, for my friends, old friends, friends that were never online, and i had many memories with. At the same time, I purchased nitro before the ban. So im very devastated for my account that meant the world to me. Plus, there are no good therapists where i live.

    2. I would like to know how else can i get support, since discord wont reply to my emails.

    3. My family would be devastated when i commit suicide.

    Hello, first of all, know that suicide is not a solution but a leak of an answer.

    If you had permissions on the affected server, discord surely considered you to be enterprising from the server, which led to your ban, you can in my opinion appeal through support, taking the time to write your request, but I doubt that they will unbanning you.
