Seniority Time based Roles

I'd like a feature for roles to be auto adjusted based on parameters like when they joined a server. Right now I have to search each individual role for when they first joined then update their role accordingly. I can't even find a bot that can do this. But this specific feature would benefit you because it'll keep users from leaving servers? If anyone could upvote this feature it would be greatly appreciated.
