Bring back Bot Developer badges!

I'm writing with frustration that old bot developers are able to show their hard-work and success with a badge, but newer bot-developers aren't appreciated as much, as well as cannot and/or have nothing to show.

It's unfair, please bring back Bot Developer badges. I understand people had sold their accounts, hence the reason it was removed. However, we shouldn't be treated differently because of some other person's stupidity.

Maybe make it so that accounts that have Bot Developer on their badge, must have 2auth set on their account - and if the 2auth is removed, then their badge is removed, until they're approved again, or something...

Please listen to us, you've listened to us on other occasions, but it seems like you're avoiding this feedback for a while now.

I don't own 1 verified bot, but 2, and soon to be 3. My first verified bot got verified only a week after October 7 2020; hence why I didn't get the badge. I feel really frustrated and that this is very unfair. Instead of removing the badge completely, change the requirements. But taking away what has become many developers' target is really not the way to go.
