OTP Authentication for Reset Password

I would like to suggest a functionality to reset password using OTP verification.

Problem: Current behavior suggest I have to enter my old password to reset password. If I can't remember my Old Password then how will I be able to reset it.

Solution: If a user have account associated with E-Mail or Mobile Number then we can get OTP to reset our password.

I've to delete my account because of the above issue.
