Admin Warning to users with customizable functions and visible in Server Settings in a option called "Warnings"

It would be nice for admins/mods (at the server owner's discretion) to have the ability to warn users when the server rules and/or Discord ToS are breached that DMs the user explaining the warning and what to expect if they are warned again. It would also be great if those with the necessary permissions could determine what happens with each warning such as the following for an example: 

1st Warning: DM sent explaining the infraction (typed out by admin) and what will happen with subsequent warnings
2nd Warning: DM sent to user and a temporary role added to user that restricts access to certain channels/functions for a specified time determined by admins with the necessary permissions. 
3rd Warning: Kick/Ban from the server with an explanation via DM about why. 

The configurations could be done by the server owner/admins/mods and help with server management. It would also keep infringement discussions between the mods and the user breaking them instead of in the chat they are talking in. This, of course, would also be helpful to have visible in the audit log to ensure this feature isn't abused.
