Wave Hello in Discord for new members

This new wave hello to new Discord members is not a good feature and I would like the option to not use this.  Why don't we have the ability to remove this feature?

    Hello,
    Of course we can suppress that.

    I explain how to do it:
    - Go to the server settings
    - In overview, slide the pass down
    - In the system message room, click on the room where does it display the welcome message
    - Click on no system message
