was I hacked?

My close friend (who still has his account) was hacked and sent me a link to a fake nitro thing (which he did not do on purpose, his account was probably being controlled by someone else).  I clicked on it (i had a VPN on). The site led to a dead end and literally nothing popped up. I set up 2FA and I changed my password. This happened about an hour ago, am I safe? I'm really scared because there's a lot of important things on my account that I don't want compromised.

    update: my friend who had been hacked had scanned a qr code on the same website, so as long as it didn't grab my ip or anything I should be alright. I did not interact with the website whatsoever besides clicking the link.

    Hello,
    Just clicking on the link can let the person get the IP address and be careful, some VPNs don't hide the person's real IP address, if you don't mind, I would like to know the name of your VPN to tell you if it's really effective or not.

    At the same time, I advise you to have a good anti-virus that can block web pages to have less chance of having compromised data (Discord account).
