I verified my account, and I deleted my phone now I am stuck!

I am a member for more than a year now , and yet it asked me now to verify my phone number and locked me out of my account in a middle of a voice call .. **joy killer**

anyway I did add my phone number, and I got verified , but then I chose to not keep it tied to my discord account for my own reasons , but once I removed my phone number, I got immediately locked out again , and this time the stupid system keeps saying , this phone was recently used to verify ANOTHER account !! I dunno how much brain cells it requires to think of adding an extra clause to check if it is the actual account or a different one . .. comon devs how many phones you think a normal individual should own?!!
