Had My Account Hacked and Now Discord Has It Disabled

My account got hacked a few days ago and they used my card to buy a bunch of nitro subscriptions. My bank got the money refunded, and I'd already removed my, now compromised, card from the account so I didn't think anything would happen. Woke up this morning to an email saying that my account had been disabled for violating the TOS and I haven't heard anything back from discord. This same thing happened to one of my friends a few weeks ago and he lost his account for a few days. 

I think it's pretty ridiculous that the people who get hacked are the ones who get punished for being hacked. I guess my feedback here is that discord needs better support, better safeguards against hacking, and ways to report hacking so that accounts don't get wrongfully disabled.

    I’m in the exact same situation I’m worried my main account will get deleted cause it’s been 3 days and no response

    A friend of mine had this exact same thing happen recently and it took discord support 6 days to actually reach out to him. He did get his account back (thankfully) it just took far longer than it should have
