Voice Channel names no longer allow uppercase or spaces

As of today (I edited a channel last night without issue), I can no longer edit a Voice Channel's name to have uppercase letters or spaces, similar to how text channels have always worked.  Adding these in simply reformats the channel to all lowercase, and changes spaces to dashes.

E.g. channel name "Game Time - 6PM", gets automatically changed to "game-time-6pm" when the channel gets saved.

This happens on all servers where I have access to make edits, and happens for other users in those servers as well.

Is this intentional or a bug?

    Oddly enough, even though it was happening on the Android app as well, rebooting my PC seems to have resolved the issue.

    I have the exact name issue! But the weird part is that one of my new voice channels (that I made right after this happened to me) did work, and then I made a new one right after, and then it broke again!

    Edit after seeing Boltzz comment: That's odd...
