Report malicious URLs

There has been a lot of fake nitro giveaway links spreading across the network recently and I feel like a way to report URLs could help lessen the number of user accounts getting breached. I've made some mock-up images of how this could work, where when you see a URL, you can right-click and choose to report the URL for malicious content, this will send the URL for review, and once that URL is found to be malicious, it'll be marked so that when a user sends a URL that has been marked, it will appear red and warn the user when clicking about the risk of proceeding.
